In mid 2017, the team were bursting with excitement in welcoming YarraBend to the Isle. YarraBend, managed by Glenvill Group, is located 6.5km from Melbourne’s CBD and expands over more than 14 hectares of land. Coined as one of the most ambitious urban renewal projects in the country, the concept for the development goes beyond what residents could dream of with a list of premium amenities and perfectly planned spaces that would excite people not even interested in property. It’s a development paving the way to the future of living.

Working towards a big reveal, we have successfully built momentum and intrigue around YarraBend by sharing stories about the innovative vision and concepts for the development, as well as by launching and reporting on the strong demand for two precinct releases, which achieved mass media coverage.
