It’s no secret that our director Lina has a personal passion for design, but sometimes passion can make you do crazy things. Like renovate a dive space in Collingwood into an Isle haven – aka our new office!

Lina has managed to convert what can only be described as squalor into a light filled office space complete with greenery from our friends at Ivy Muse, art work curated by The Galerie and of course the traditional amenities such as a new glass enclosed boardroom to a fully functioning kitchen perfect for heating up our 3pm tater-tots! All that in the space of four weeks thanks to 4×2 and CabTech Interiors who helped a moodboard of ideas come to life pronto!

And it wouldn’t be the Isle HQ without colour. We got creative with the Pantone Colour chart, painting our bathroom millennial pink (perfect for the Instagram selfie) and our staircase bright yellow (fun fact, yellow is the colour of creativity and productivity).

Another perk of the new office space is the neighbours that come with it. We’re never far from a killer cocktail or beer with Above Board and Beermash below us. Next door Alimentari continue to fuel our obsession with caffeine and ensure we never have to face a bad lunch day.

Between good design and good neighbours we’re pretty spoilt! And our door is always open, so feel free to come say ‘hey’. You’ll find us hidden in the back alley off Smith Street, two stories up through the dark staircase (yes you’re going the right way) and when you find the yellow door, that’s us!
